Vacuum puffing machine

Vacuum low-temperature puffing technology which is also called differential pressure puffing, is mainly used in the production of fruit and vegetable crispy chips. Containing protein, amino acid, vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, it is a pure natural food. The vacuum low-temperature puffing system is mainly composed of puffing tank and vacuum tank. After pretreatment, the fruit and vegetable raw materials are placed in puffing tank, heated and pressurized, and then vacuumed instantly to expand the fruit and vegetable cells to achieve the purpose of puffing.
