Hot air drying machine

The material need to be dried is conveyed by the mesh belt, the hot air is introduced into the dryer by the strong flow fan, and the hot air circulates in the box, and the moisture dried from the material is discharged by the dehumidification fan which is on the top of the box so that to complete the drying process. The whole machine conveys smoothly, the running speed of the mesh belt is adjustable, and the material moves with the movement of the conveyor belt, which can avoid damage to the conveyed material. The noise is small, suitable for occasions which requires a relatively quiet environment. The main body is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, with compact structure, convenient operation and low failure rate. The heating method adopts electric heating, and the heating method can be changed to other heat sources. The equipment adopts manual and automatic temperature control system, which has uniform heating, small temperature difference, and adjustable drying temperature, which is suitable for drying different products. This machine can effectively remove the moisture inside the product. The general drying temperature is 60°C to 90°C, which can effectively protect the color and quality of the material.
